1. The tenant should not pay the rent without getting signed receipt.

2. A tenant wishing to vacate the premises should give one months notice of the same and such notice should be dated from the day of which monthly tenancy commence.

3. A tenant vacating the premises before the month is over will have to pay the rent of the full month and also further month rent lieu of the notice.

4. A tenant is not allowed to subject any room or part of any room without the written permission of the landlord further sub-tenancy will not be allowed in any case.

5. A tenant is not allowed to carry out any repairs in the premises without getting the written consent of the landlord and no damage should be caused to any part of the premises of the property.

6. A tenant should vacate the premises immediately on receipt of the notice if any given by the landlord. Failure to do this will make the tenant liable to pay for the damage if any caused to the premises or to the property.
